A month ago I posted the inclusion of a vitamin, mineral and protein powder to my daily intake. This wasn’t to replace anything I ate, more of an addition to diet and to boost my nutrients. I have to say that I was sceptical on first though, but a month down the line my overall health has improved and with the additions to working out now I’m far away from my operation to get back on the horse, my energy levels have increased somewhat. My hair is groaning at an alarming rate and my skin is glowing. That teamed with my workouts, I’m feeling pretty epic.
So today’s recipe is all about the vitamin shake. I’ve basically added fruit to my shake. If you aren’t interested in the shake, go ahead and make the smoothie minus the powder.
Soya milk (I’ve stuck to the 500ml quantity)
